Tri-State Plan Administration, Inc. (TPA) is an independent third party
administrator of qualified retirement plans. We provide full-service quality administration
of our clients’ retirement plans. Because we do not sell investment or insurance
products, we can work with any investment product or professional of our clients’
choosing.
Founded in 1987, we have been advising and servicing employer sponsored retirement
plans for over 22 years. Our client base ranges from smaller family-owned businesses
to large corporations with thousands of employees. We service all types of qualified
retirement plans, from 401(k) plans (including those with safe harbor contributions
and Roth provisions), defined benefit pension plans, profit sharing plans, plans
with cross-tested or age-weighted allocation formulas, to ESOPs, and more.
Our professional staff is comprised of Certified Public Accountants, MBAs, Certified
Pension Plan Professionals with years of experience in the retirement plan administration
field (ERPAs, QKAs, QPAs), and trained customer support staff. Our strength lies
in working closely with our clients to design, implement and administer a customized
retirement plan that meets their current and changing needs.
